Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund within seven days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returning the product. All products must be in its original wrapping. To return a product please visit the contact us page and choose "Return an Order" as the type of inquiry. You may also contact us by phone at 1-800-573-6155 to receive a return authorization code. Items cannot be returned more than 7 days after receipt for any reason. Clearance items are nonrefundable. Sale items may be exchanged if customer is willing to pay all shipping charges associated with the exchange of the item and receipt of the new item.

Correct shipping information is critical. Please include all pertinent information when checking out: Full name of business if applicable, full name of person to receive package, complete address-floor, suite #, Apt. #, telephone number, etc. UPS DOES NOT deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect information can delay the shipping of your order. Greek Gift Baskets and More is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. Additional charges may apply for shipments to FPO and APO addresses.
