Q: How soon after my order is place will it be filled?
A: Orders placed Mon-Fri are filled within 48 hours of receiving payment and shipped within 72 hours. Large orders may take up to 10 business days to fill and ship. If an order cannot be filled within 48 hours you will receive an email notification. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be filled within the next two business days.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven days for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the product. All products must be in its original wrapping. Once the items are received in good condition, you will receive your refund. Please report all damaged items within three business days of receiving them. We will gladly replace any item that has been damaged. Items cannot be returned more than 7 days after receipt for any reason.

A: Yes, we fill large orders. We will give you an estimate of the time it will take to fill the order once it is placed.

A: Correct shipping information is critical. Please include all pertinent information when checking out: Full name of business if applicable, full name of person to receive package, complete address-floor, suite #, Apt. #, telephone number, etc. UPS DOES NOT deliver to PO boxes. Greek Gift Baskets and More is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. Additional charges will be applied to FPO and APO addresses.
